Honeycommb gives you complete control over your subscription and addons: Add on, remove, and cancel them at any time.
How Honeycommb Works
Honeycommb is a software subscription-based service. When you sign up, you get access to our software platform for as long as your subscription is active. You’re free to keep using it for as long as it meets your needs, whether that’s a few months or many years.
Available Subscriptions
Honeycommb offers two different subscriptions, billed separately:
1. Honeycommb Subscription
Your Honeycommb subscription includes the base Member Tier fee, plus any add-ons you choose. This way, you only pay for the features and services that are right for your community.
Billing
The Honeycommb subscription is billed monthly, in advance. With our “grows with you” pricing model, your cost adjusts as your network grows or reduces in size, so you only pay for what you need at any time.
What You Get
The Honeycommb subscription gives you a mobile-friendly web app, a dedicated Control Center, and all core features (*unlimited*) plus any add-ons you choose.
2. Dedicated Mobile Apps Subscription
The Dedicated Mobile Apps subscription is a separate subscription to allow customers to add on and pay for this subscription annually.
Billing
Customers can choose to pay for Dedicated Mobile Apps either monthly or annually (often at a discounted rate). This flexibility lets you pick the payment schedule that works best for you while keeping your main platform subscription billed monthly.
What you Get
The Mobile Apps subscription delivers dedicated, branded (yours) professional-grade iOS and Android app, developed in their native code for top performance, made available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with customized product pages.
Subscription Management
View and manage your Honeycommb Subscriptions and addons at any time in the Control Center in Account & Billing > Billing Overview.
Adding An Addon
In the Control Center, click the “Upgrade & Addon” button at the bottom of the right-hand navigation menu.
You’ll see a list of add-ons available to you.
Find the add-on you want, then click the “+ Add >” button.
You’ll be shown the cost and given the option to proceed to checkout.
If you haven’t already saved a default payment method, add your card details.
Finally, click “Submit Payment” to complete your purchase.
Removing An Addon
In the Control Center, navigate to Account & Billing > Billing Overview.
Under Honeycommb Subscription, find the section labeled Active Subscription Addons.
Locate the add-on you want to remove and click the Manage link next to it.
A panel will slide in from the right side of your screen showing details about the add-on.
Click the Remove Add-on link.
Confirm your choice if prompted.
You will keep access to the add-on until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for it moving forward.
Canceling Your Subscriptions
In the Control Center, go to Account & Billing > Billing Overview.
Find the subscription you want to manage. Inside its details box, locate the "Renew Automatically" toggle.
Switch the toggle off so that it shows "No".
What happens next:
You will keep full access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
After that, you will not be charged again.
Important Notes
Honeycommb Subscription: Your network will stay available for 30 to 60 days after closure. During this time, your members can still access their settings, and network owners can log in to the Control Center.
Dedicated Mobile Apps Subscription: Your mobile apps will be queued for removal immediately after your billing cycle ends.
