Control Center Overview

A high-level look at the tool network owners and administrators use to customize and manage their network

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Control Center is a powerful, standalone admin application that grants full control over your Honeycommb network—from customization and moderation to analytics and integrations. It's accessible via your user menu in the web application or directly at your network's /control-center URL.

Core Functions

(organized by the Control Center's primary navigation)

Overview (dashboard)

Upon entering, you’re greeted with snapshot metrics like new registrations, top contributors, and trending content. You can view data across various date ranges to monitor performance and engagement trends.

Posts

All posts, comments, and replies can be monitored in the Posts table. Easily sort, filter, and search posts using multiple criteria like author, content type, date, or status. Creating posts from the Control Center gives you (admins) more features, like scheduling, sending a post notification email, marking a post as "premium" (subscription-based networks), and more.

Members (profiles)

All successfully registered members and profiles created via single sign on, automation, or manually can be found in the Members table. Easily sort, filter, and search members using multiple criteria like username, name, email, group memberships, subscription product, and more.

Create new and edit existing member profiles. Manage member subscriptions (subscription-based networks) and invoices in the Member Billing tab.

Groups

All created groups will be visible, sortable, and filterable in the Groups table. Access a Group's management area from the table.

Create new groups and edit existing groups in this section. There's no limit to the number of groups you can create for your network.
