Available Addons

Not all communities are the same or have the same needs. Honeycommb offers a variety of add-ons that let you customize and expand your community with additional features and services.

All Honeycommb add-ons, except for the Dedicated Mobile Apps add-on, which is a separate subscription, are added to your main Honeycommb subscription and billed monthly.

If you add an add-on partway through your billing cycle, you’ll only be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in that cycle. This helps keep your billing smooth and fair.

Available as a separate subscription from your Honeycommb plan, the Dedicated Mobile Apps add-on lets you offer your community professional-grade, fully branded native iOS and Android apps. These feature-rich apps come with custom product pages on Apple’s App Store and Google Play, giving your members a seamless, personalized way to connect and engage, right from their own branded mobile app.

Take complete control of your community’s branding with our Full White-Labeling add-on. Remove all Honeycommb branding across the platform, including emails and mobile notifications, and apply your own custom domain to your web app for a seamless, professional look.

Enhance your brand presence with an Email Mask, so all transactional emails come from your domain, boosting trust and recognition. Plus, get a fully branded, dedicated Help Center (powered by Notion) that you can customize to fit your style and content.

Dedicated Mobile App subscription holders - for the ultimate brand experience, add Publish to Developer Account to list your company as the app developer in the app stores, pushing white-labeling even further.

For Dedicated Mobile App subscribers, Honeycommb simplifies app store publishing by releasing your apps under our developer accounts—making it easy to get your mobile apps live on Apple and Google Play quickly. This means Honeycommb is listed as the developer on your app store pages.

If you want your brand to take full ownership, you can upgrade to our Developer Account Publishing option. This moves your apps to a separate build pipeline, letting us publish and update your apps under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, putting your brand front and center as the official app developer.

If Honeycommb doesn’t currently support the language you need for your network, we can help make it happen. There is a one-time translation fee for the initial setup, plus a small ongoing support fee to keep your language updated as we roll out new features, ensuring your community always has a seamless, localized experience..
