Configurable Group Navigation + Member Posting Controls
Groups 2.0 lets network owners and community admins go further in shaping each group around its purpose by adjusting posting controls for members and completely configuring the group menu items.
New Features
Turn off member posting (posting remains available for group admins).
Show or hide default group menu items (Posts, Chat, Members).
Rename and reorder menu items.
Add custom menu items: supported internal or external destinations.

Notes
Groups 2.0 is generally available July 5, 2026 on web, iOS, and Android.
Current group configurations will not change.
Member posting remains enabled by default.
If Allow Posting is off, group admins can still publish while Posts is visible.
If Posts is hidden, posting capabilities will also be hidden.
Existing groups require no migration.
Groups 2.0 is available to every Honeycommb customer at no additional cost.
