Membership Invoices

Within your Membership Platform, users sent invoices at the time of their trial initiation OR when the monthly recurring charge hits their payment type. Community members will display invoices in the control center in two scenarios:

  1. When the trial period for their free trial starts
  2. When the monthly recurring subscription charges their payment method on file 

Users will only receive an invoice in the following scenarios

  1. When the monthly recurring subscription charges their payment method on file

To view the invoices for a user, click on BILLING in the upper right-hand corner of their user details page:

You'll see all of their invoices to date: 

The invoice for $0.00 is the beginning of their trial period and invoices after the initial are all invoices tied to their subscription for your community.
