How Do I Ban a User from My Network?

Moderation tools are necessary resources for user management. Having the ability to ban a user that's being toxic in your network is important. 

To ban a user from your network, you must be logged in to your Control Center. Banning a user will immediately remove community access from that user and deny them entry from that point on with that email address. 

1. Navigate to your Users from the Main Menu.

2. Find the user you're looking to ban and click 'edit' on their user account. 

3. Scroll down below the user biography section and check the box for Banned.

4. Lastly, don't forget to save your change and confirm that this user is banned.
