Custom Onboarding

First impressions are meaningful, which is why we’ve built a way for you to take ownership and control of that first impression. You can customize your networks onboarding process through your own creative copy and graphics that you can add and update as you wish. 

For more info on Product Update 1.39, read our blog post but if you're ready to brand your onboarding, continue reading to find out how to do so within your Control Panel. 

Carousel Cards

You have the ability to create up to six (6) pieces of artwork that a user can cycle through before signing up or signing in.

How to:

1. Sign in to your control panel using your admin credentials. Enter your community and click on "Assets" in the main menu. 

2. Click on the "New Asset" button which will bring you to where you can upload the graphics for your carousel cards. 

3. Select the key for your first carousel card (onboarding_0)  and continue by uploading your artwork. 

4. Click "Create Asset" after each upload.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 according to their respective key for each carousel card.

Onboarding Logo

The onboarding logo lives above the scrollable carousel cards and provides communities further customization in onboarding with the option to use an additional branded asset.

How to:

1. Sign in to your control panel using your admin credentials. Enter your community and click on "Assets" in the main menu. 

2. Click on the "New Asset" button which will bring you to where you can upload your logo.

3. Choose "onboarding_logo" as your key.

4. Upload your onboarding logo.

5. Click "Create Asset".

Custom Tagline

The space right below the “Onboarding Logo” is reserved for the community tagline. This can be used as a spot for your position statement or a simple description of your community. 

How to:

1. Sign in to your control panel using your admin credentials. Enter your community and click on "Translations" in the main menu. 

2. Click on the "New Translation" button which will bring you to where you can enter your custom tagline.

3. Choose "position_statement" as your key.

4. Choose "English" as Lang.

5. Enter your copy in Value. *Must start with an article (A, An, The) and end without punctuation.

6. Click "Create Translation" to finish.
